The first real meeting of the Metropolis team (as currently hired) took place today, on the 27th February.  The principal investigators (Carol, Fiona, Henry and Steve) presented an overview of the full presentation made to the SFI review panel, and we then retired for some liquid refreshment.  It was great to see the embryonic team all together in one place, and it served as a reminder of how interesting and cross-disciplinary the project research will be.
